At the bottom of the mythic kayak whitewater stadium of Pau, get down quietly the river for a trip of 5 kilometers (length : about 30 to 45 minutes). Across Jurançon, Billères, Lons et Laroin, change your point of view.

After getting your equipment, and learning the basics of canoe you'll get on board to go to Laroin.

At the finish, we'll carry you back to the 2X AVENTURES base camp.

Advices :

• Wear some sportway clothes and sport shoes
• Take some water
• Protect yourself from sun (sun cream, cap or hat, sunglasses...)
• Take a sweatshirt and a wind stopper jacket
• Canoe-kayak is opened to all person who can swim and is in good health
